This is batch grinding method. The basket mill is suitable for dispersing and grinding of low and medium viscosity type pigments. It can be used for ink, cosmetic, paint and other pigments grinding purpose. This machine has a small basket used as tool of grinding. which will be packed with grinding media. With high Shear effect of grinding, the pigments will travel up and down during grinding with fan fitted on the bottom of the basket tool. After grinding the pigments vessel can be changed easily with hydraulic up and down system.
